Goals

Every week I write some of our goals down, in part to give you a glimpse into what we're up to, in part to keep us honest. I usually focus on development goals, because sales goals would involve revealing information about our not-yet-customers that nobody would be comfortable with. So on the customer side, let me say that I'm very happy with the way things are going right now and leave it at that.

Web App development is underway. We're testing Multiple Choice now and hope to have a basic version of Search to test by the end of the week. A lot of time gets spent making sure we're compatible with multiple browsers, which is a familiar problem to anyone who's developed for the web. In a way it's the opposite of iOS development. Last year we fought hard to implement functionality and had an easy time with layout. Now, it's Opposite Day. At least it's a change of pace.

The big goal is that we want to have all of this sealed and delivered by March Break. Ambitious, but doable thanks to our crack development squad.
